Get your mind right!

To lose fat, build muscle, get a lean body or accomplish any other goals (including non-fitness related goals), it all starts with one simple component that’s almost always overlooked – developing the proper mindset.  To be frank (even though I’m Dre…), the average person is so self-sabotaging it’s not even funny.  The tricky thing is that most people will never discover just how limiting their own thoughts truly are.
